Thorns may hurt you, men desert you, sunlight turn to fog;
but you’re never friendless ever, if you have a dog.

I returned home late last night and just felt utterly grateful to be able to hug my partner and still have him to experience life alongside of. So blessed. I love this photo. It’s probably one of my favorites of Brian and Benny. I love that it’s in the snow (I actually have a fondness of winter) and that they’re both so happy. I love my boys!

I’m so sorry for your loss, friend! I hope you have at least 64 years with Brian! =)
I am sorry for your loss. What a wonderful gift to feel blessed in a time of sorrow. May you and your husband have many, many years together as well!
Adrian, I’m so sorry for your loss (and yes, I know this is an older post, but whatever). I am glad that, at the least, that loss makes us care more about the relationships that we are blessed to have. And you’ve got two great guys who care so much for you. Love you, friend!
Thank you, all.
