No more empty calendars, folks!
The Tailwaggin’ Tailgate Festival is almost here! I don’t know about you, but I think a tailgate party is SO much better with lots of canine buddies around. Tomorrow night from 6pm-9pm we will be kicking off Titans season at the Loews-Vanderbilt Hotel with great music from Molding and Trevor Finlay, contests, food and drink, a meet-and-greet with a few of the Titans Cheerleaders, and lots of dog-friendly community partners. Thank you Nashville Paw Magazine! Definitely bring the leashed pups with you!
Does your weekend to-do list include bathing your dogs and your car? Mine does!
This Saturday, August 28th, Agape Animal Rescue will hold their last Dog & Car Wash of the summer. This soapy Saturday is very special because all proceeds will benefit Sadie Lu. Sadie Lu is a 5 year old Beagle who is now a healthy happy girl thanks to Agape Animal Rescue’s dedication and some hefty vet bills. The car wash will take place at McDonalds in Hermitage, TN at 4734 Lebanon Pike from 9am-2pm. Stop by between 10am-noon to meet Sadie Lu!
Now take that shimmering car to your choice of evening events on Saturday night:
2nd Annual Watertown Art Crawl benefiting New Leash On Life
Historic Watertown will come alive on Saturday night from 6pm-9pm with local art, live music, wine and appetizers, and live and silent art auctions. Ticket information can be found here.
Grey Ghosts & Spirits: benefiting Weimaraner Rescue of the South
Let your husband put on that awesome Hawaiian shirt he has been dying to wear for the past 10 years and get ready for more great live music, a special Hawaiian rum tasting, and silent auction. The event will be held Saturday night at Eat restaurant in Loews-Vanderbilt Hotel from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Make sure to check out Weimaraner Rescue of the South for more information. Give the pups a treat and leave them at home for this one!
And for a quick look into September:
Start thinking about attending the Music City Pit Bull Summit on Saturday and Sunday September 11th and 12th at The Farm at Natchez Trace. This two day gathering is all bully breed education, awareness, and image restoration. Let’s educate everyone on the power of a bully breed smile!!

Hi Adrian,
What an absolutely wonderful, delightful website! Your Aunt Gwen is a precious friend of mine and she directed me to your website. I am so grateful that she did. The background music is awesome! I can not wait to see and hear more of your amazing art.
Thank you for putting so much happy in my heart.
