To wrap up our 12 Dogs of Christmas, we couldn’t think of a better pick than a Panda! This black and white wrinkly ball of love is a cuddler if ever we met one! Panda is a bulldog mix born the day before Halloween, and he is certainly a treat to meet! We first saw Panda snuggled up with a friend taking a nap; he was so comfortable, he seemed a bit reluctant to go to his photo shoot. Once he got out and about, he was happy to investigate his surroundings. Panda will grow to be about 50 pounds, but judging by his personality now, he will still want to curl up in your arms! You’ll never say “Baby, it’s cold outside” again, you’ll be so warm with him! Love At First Sight is the place to contact to make Panda a part of your zoo!

With a face like this, we fell instantly for Miss Lucy! Lucy is a 4 month old miniature pincher or terrier mix. She is so alert and playful- she loves to chase and play tag with the other puppies at Love at First Sight. Lucy is excited for an adventure; she practically jumped into our arms to go to the park and get her picture taken. And of course, it doesn’t hurt that Lucy looks like a little sister to Benny! Lucy melted our heart, and she will melt yours too. Today’s sweet face is the one and only Buddy Pug! Buddy is as docile as they come- while the other dogs at the Humane Association were barking and loudly saying hello to us, Buddy sat calmly in his kennel, his head against the gate as he waited to play. Buddy is a 3 year old Pug Mix who really enjoys his walks. While some pups pull their people along on the leash, Buddy is carefully inspecting all the objects along his path. His head tilts one way as if he is always in deep thought or listening intently, and his curly-que tail wags to let you know he’s happy you’re here. He will be an excellent companion for his people, so take Buddy home to be your… well, buddy! Contact the Nashville Humane Association to adopt him in time for Christmas!

A Nashville native, Jess uses her degrees in communications and entrepreneurship to support creative business. When she’s not working, she can be found with paintbrush & power tools tackling home improvement projects, trying new recipes & crafts from Pinterest, and tossing tennis balls in the backyard with the main men in her life- her husband and their rescue dogs, Waffles & Rocco.
