Treat Tasting Bar at Animalia Health and Wellness

Animalia Health and Wellness in Franklin, TN is hosting a treat tasting bar this Saturday as part of their Health and Nutrition Awareness month! Pups can sample treats from the Animalia Boutique and Bubby Bear Bakery of Mt. Juliet will have samples of their full line of treats as well. Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue will be hosting a tea party for children and pups to dress up and enjoy together. And for the dog moms and dads, there will be wine, fruit, and other snacks. There will also be lots of information about what to look for in your dog’s food and treats to keep your pup in primo health. It sounds like a fun time for the whole family! The Treat Tasting Bar is on Saturday, February 23rd from 1-3p. You can find more information and directions to Animalia on their Facebook Event page.

Jessalynn is the studio manager for Adrian Hitt Photography. She coordinates smooth operations behind the scenes and updates the blog on what’s the “woof” in the dog world. A Nashville native, Jess uses her degrees in communications and entrepreneurship to support creative business. When she’s not working, she can be found with paintbrush & power tools tackling home improvement projects, trying new recipes & crafts from Pinterest, and tossing tennis balls in the backyard with the main men in her life- her husband and their rescue dogs, Waffles & Rocco.

Today we have a sweet little face for you! Marley is a 14 year old pug, but you’d never guess it from her personality- she’s much more youthful than her 14 years! She loves to be around people and is very independent. If she were a person, she’d be best friends with Betty White, given her spunkiness. I had a blast spending some time with Marley and her mom, Karol!

Here’s a sneak peek of a recent session. Megan and Patrick are getting married in May, and they wanted some pictures with their fur baby Jinx. Jinx is a very spirited beagle mix- it was very clear during the session that there’s a lot of love in this sweet family!

When Courtney called to ask if I would photograph her 3 chicks, 2 Frenchies and daughters together, I jumped at the chance! I love a new challenge and that afternoon was a blast.
