With the dog days of summer upon us, it’s nice to find some fun events where our pups can tag along! The Nashville Pet Expo is Saturday July 13th from 10a to 6p at the Nashville Fairgrounds, and will include lots of local and national vendors, including rescue groups, vets, pet boutiques and of course, those wonderful vendors who make and sell treats! The Expo features prize giveaways, discounts on immunizations, free nail trimming, and a Mega Adoption Event if you are looking to add to your family. There will also be several activities and contests, including an agility course, pet talent show, and pet costume contest. You can even volunteer if you want to help behind the scenes. The event is free and you are welcome to bring your dog along! All you have to do is go to their site, fill out the waiver stating that your dog is up to date on all immunizations, and bring it with you to enjoy the event together.
