New Leash on Life is revving up for their 1st Annual Hawgs for Dawgs Poker Run this Saturday, May 14. Riders and their dogs will enjoy a beautiful afternoon along a designated route that carries them through the seasonally-rich scenery of Middle Tennessee. Everyone is encouraged to arrive early at 7AM to get a jumpstart on check-in and registration (if they haven’t pre-registered online) and to enjoy an early morning Biscuit Breakfast. During check-in, participants will be asked to show their proof of insurance, so please have it ready and on hand.
Pit-stops along the way include: the Watermelon Moon Farm, the Timberloft Restaurant and AJ’s Bar and Grill. The ride ends at The Bull and Whistle, located at The Mill in Lebanon, where winners will receive their prizes. Additionally, there will be other fun activities, such as: the First Ruff Raffle, a 50/50 drawing, a silent auction and fantastic music. The New Leash on Life staff will also be available to help if you are looking to adopt a four-legged pal.
New Leash on Life asks that all participants donate either a bag of dog food or old clean towels when they arrive.
