As you may know, I am a Doctor of Chiropractic and I treat humans and pets. In my human practice, I have had many patients approach me with their allergy concerns. Being in Nashville, allergies are a huge problem! It was very important to me to find a safe and effective solution for allergies that did not involve medicine or injections because of negative side effects. During my research for an alternative, I was led to an amazing product called BioEssence. BioEssence is a blend of Chinese herbs created by Je Soon Park, an Osteopathic Medical Doctor and licensed Acupuncturist. Dr. Park created BioEssence for relief and elimination of allergies, asthma, eczema, and psoriasis. Armed with this new information, I decided to give BioEssence a try for my own allergies before suggesting it to my patients. Unfortunately, I am allergic to dogs and cats. (Which, as you can imagine, makes being an animal chiropractor a bit difficult at times!) Often I would develop hives, runny nose, watery eyes, and I would have sneezing fits. After she determined the ingredients were in fact safe, she did a trial of BioEssence on one of her toughest allergy cases. This pooch was allergic to everything. Grass, pollen, dust, mold, beef, chicken, turkey, grains, potatoes – you name it, she was allergic to it! We gave it a week and it WORKED! Her once itchy, red, inflamed skin was soothed. She was not driving her pet parent crazy with all the scratching, licking and chewing of her belly and feet. Would you know, she even snuck in some of her sister’s kibble that had previously sent her in to a full on allergic reaction? This pup had absolutely no allergic reaction. Over time, her fur has grown in thick and luxurious and she looks like a completely new dog!
